Where the files are on a Pavilion
Older Pavilions have a 2.5-inch hard drive; from 2018 most have an M.2 SSD, sometimes alongside a hard drive or Intel Optane memory. Pavilion Aero and Plus models have a single NVMe SSD.

No data, no recovery fee. If we can’t recover the files you need, you don’t pay for the recovery, only the cleanroom diagnostic where one was carried out. A donor drive, if one is needed, is bought at cost plus 30%.
