Where the files are on a Spectre
Every Spectre has an M.2 NVMe SSD. Some 15-inch versions have Intel Optane memory or two SSDs. The bodies are glued and screwed tightly, and the battery must be disconnected before the SSD is touched.

- Recovery and returnWe copy the drive first, recover from the copy, and return your files on a new drive.

No data, no recovery fee. If we can’t recover the files you need, you don’t pay for the recovery, only the cleanroom diagnostic where one was carried out. A donor drive, if one is needed, is bought at cost plus 30%.
