How it works
From booking to getting your files back, in four steps.
- Book online or callYou get a job number by email. Tell us what happened and which files matter most.
- Drop off or courierBring it to our London SE1 lab, Monday to Saturday, or we arrange a courier from anywhere in the UK.
- Diagnosis and fixed priceWe find the fault and tell you what can be recovered and what it costs. Nothing happens until you agree.
- Recovery and returnWe copy the drive first, recover from the copy, and return your files on a new drive.
Sending a drive by courier
- Book online first so your drive is matched to your job number.
- Wrap the drive in anti-static or bubble wrap, with at least 5 cm of padding on every side, in a sturdy box.
- Send laptops with their chargers.
- For NAS and RAID, label each drive with its bay number.
Confidentiality
Your drive and files are handled only by our engineers. We check the recovered files with you before returning them, and delete our working copy once you confirm you have everything.
