HP’s new consumer range from 2024: OmniBook X, Ultra, 7, 5 and 3. We recover files from every OmniBook model, whether the laptop won’t start, has been dropped or spilled on, or the files were deleted. 11 models listed below; if yours isn’t here, we still recover it.

Where the files are on a OmniBook
OmniBooks have an NVMe SSD and ship with Windows 11 device encryption switched on. The recovery key is in your Microsoft account at aka.ms/myrecoverykey.

- Drop off or courierBring it to our London SE1 lab, Monday to Saturday, or we arrange a courier from anywhere in the UK.
- Diagnosis and fixed priceWe find the fault and tell you what can be recovered and what it costs. Nothing happens until you agree.
- Recovery and returnWe copy the drive first, recover from the copy, and return your files on a new drive.

No data, no recovery fee. If we can’t recover the files you need, you don’t pay for the recovery, only the cleanroom diagnostic where one was carried out. A donor drive, if one is needed, is bought at cost plus 30%.
